
Andy has been a CEO in five different media industries - news, Internet, film, music and advertising. He has worked at four different media giants - WPP, Vivendi, Bertelsmann and Reuters - and has also had a long track record of running start-ups and turnaround companies.
Andy currently serves as CEO of Yieldex, an internet advertising software firm which helps publishers produce more revenue from their premium inventory.
Before that, he was Chairman and CEO of Marsteller, the advertising, interactive, event management and design/collateral unit of Burson-Marsteller, a WPP company. At one time or another, Andy served as the global head of digital strategy for Reuters, Bertelsmann Music Group, Vivendi Universal Music Group and Burson-Marsteller.
Andy co-founded Reuters NewMedia Inc. Under his leadership, Reuters became the No. 1 provider of news on the Internet. During this time, NewMedia was responsible for a number of
lucrative investments for Reuters, in companies like Yahoo, Infoseek, Verisign, Digimarc and Sportsline.
Tom is a pioneer in internet advertising, having co-founded NetGravity in 1995 to create the world's first internet ad servers. As CTO, Tom developed mission-critical real-time ad server software that was successfully deployed at over 300 customer network operations centers. This rapid growth led to NetGravity's IPO in 1998, and subsequent acquisition by DoubleClick in 1999 for over $500m. Tom also received a Service Award from the IAB for leading the group that created the first ad impression counting standards.
Tom was most recently a Managing Director at Woodside Fund, where he led investments in early stage technology startups. Tom served on the boards of companies in a wide range of sectors, including open source and enterprise software, Web 2.0 and Internet services, optical networking, and microprocessors.
Prior to NetGravity, Tom was a development manager at Oracle, and was a member of two technology startups. He received a BA in Computer Science with honors from Harvard College.

Doug is the inventor of the Yieldex technology, and founder of the company.
Prior to founding Yieldex, Doug was the chief architect for the development of advertising inventory management technologies for MatchLogic and Excite.com. He has worked in the online space since 1995 and has spent nearly ten years focused in the area of multi-dimensional inventory management systems. He is a senior data architect and developer, specializing in VLDB databases, and is a frequent presenter at Oracle conferences.
He received a BA in Computer Science with honors from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
John is a results driven technology executive, offering a unique combination of experience and proven track record in Web 2.0 software product development, product management, large scale data center operations and technical support.
John's track record includes multiple successful, profitable, public startups, leading technology organizations through successful turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and creating effective and predictable, leading edge technology organizations and product lines from the ground up.
Prior to joining Yieldex, John was CTO at ProphetStreet. Prior to that he was CTO at Newdea. Prior to that VP Business Technology IFMG (acquired Streampoint). Prior to that SVP
Development and Technology at Access Health (acquired by McKesson). Prior to that VP Clinical Systems of HBOC (acquired CliniCom)
Craig is a creative technology leader with a proven track record of inspiring teams to greatness. He is responsible for the team developing the unique technology behind Yieldex.
Craig has been solving tough technology challenges related to digital advertising in the l990's when he was instrumental in leading the development of key web-scale technologies for MatchLogic and Excite.com.
Prior to joining Yieldex, Craig held technology leadership positions at MatchLogic, Excite@Home, Avaya, and Clear Technology. Craig has received several patents and awards as a result of his work.
Gordon is the former president of The WSJ Digital Network, He was responsible for the consumer digital business including WSJ, Marketwatch and all video, mobile and apps. Prior to joining Dow Jones,Gordon spent six years at Time Inc., most recently as General Manager of Time Inc. Interactive, where he had oversight of the Web sites for more than 50 Time Inc. titles.
Gordon has also served on the Board of Directors of the Interactive Advertising Bureau. He has a master's degree in public policy from Harvard University, and a bachelor's degree
in political economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
