Yieldex Appoints New CEO and Announces Record Growth
NEW YORK, NY - January 4, 2011 - Yieldex, the leading provider of inventory and yield analytics solutions for
digital publishers, today announced the appointment of Andrew Nibley as its new CEO. Mr. Nibley has been a CEO at five major
multinational media companies and has extensive experience in the digital advertising industry.
Co-Founder and current CEO Tom Shields will take on the new role of Chief Strategy Officer and continue to provide
the visionary industry leadership that led Yieldex to its current success.
"We are delighted to have attracted an executive of Andy's caliber to take Yieldex to the next level," said Shields.
"Andy's deep experience growing and leading media businesses will
be invaluable as we expect tremendous growth through 2011 and beyond."
Prior to joining Yieldex, Nibley was Chairman and CEO of WPP's advertising and digital marketing agency Marsteller. He has also served as CEO at several digital media companies owned
by media giants Vivendi, Bertelsmann and Reuters, including co-founding Reuters New Media.
"I'm excited to work closely with Tom and the team to help build Yieldex into a technology powerhouse in the digital advertising industry," said Nibley. "Tom's product vision and
ecosystem knowledge will continue to drive Yieldex's innovation and technology differentiation."
Shields previously co-founded NetGravity, which became the leading provider of application software for Internet advertising and was eventually bought by DoubleClick. Shields also
worked at Oracle and as a Managing Director at Woodside Fund.
Yieldex also announced today that it more than quadrupled its revenue and doubled its customer base in 2010.
