Tom Shields, CEO Tom is a pioneer in internet advertising, having co-founded NetGravity in 1995 to create the world's first internet ad servers. As CTO, Tom developed mission-critical real-time ad server software that was successfully deployed at over 300 customer network operations centers. This rapid growth led to NetGravity's IPO in 1998, and subsequent acquisition by DoubleClick in 1999 for over $500m. Tom also received a Service Award from the IAB for leading the group that created the first ad impression counting standards. Tom was most recently a Managing Director at Woodside Fund, where he led investments in early stage technology startups. Tom served on the boards of companies in a wide range of sectors, including open source and enterprise software, Web 2.0 and Internet services, optical networking, and microprocessors. Prior to NetGravity, Tom was a development manager at Oracle, and was a member of two technology startups. He received a BA in Computer Science with honors from Harvard College. > Read Tom's blog |

Doug Cosman, Founder Doug is the inventor of the Yieldex technology, and founder of the company. He is a senior data architect and developer, and a frequent presenter at Oracle conferences and the University of Colorado. At Matchlogic and later Excite, Doug was instrumental in the creation of an ad management system that had features far ahead of its time. With 12 billion monthly impressions, the Excite system was architected for scale. Doug has built upon this experience and his prior experiences in database marketing and portfolio optimization to create Yieldex. |

John Barr, COO/VP Engineering John Barr is a results driven technology executive, offering a unique combination of experience and proven track record in Web 2.0 software product development, product management, large scale data center operations and technical support. Mr Barr's track record includes multiple successful, profitable, public startups, leading technology organizations through successful turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and creating effective and predictable, leading edge technology organizations and product lines from the ground up. Prior to joining Yieldex, Mr Barr was CTO at ProphetStreet. Prior to that he was CTO at Newdea. Prior to that VP Business Technology IFMG (acquired Streampoint). | Joe Kaddis, VP, Sales With 19 years of enterprise software industry sales experience, the majority of which has been spent in high-growth companies including Microsoft and Hyperion, Mr. Kaddis has a range of business development and corporate sales experience. Mr. Kaddis was recently vice president of worldwide sales at Authoria, a leading Talent Management SaaS provider. Prior to his time at Authoria, Joe was VP of North American Sales at Panorama Software a top 10 Business Intelligence company where he was responsible for the overall management, strategic direction and growth of the company's direct, technical and consulting sales teams. Before having joined Panorama Software, Joe spent a decade at Hyperion Solutions, where he created and managed the Financial Services vertical managing revenues in excess of $50M. While at Hyperion he earned Hyperion's North America Sales Manager of the Year in 2000 and North America Sales Director of the Year in 2002. Prior to Hyperion, Joe was a major account sales manager at Microsoft Corporation. Joe has an MBA in Management, Marketing and a BA in Marketing Communications from the University of Connecticut. |
