The Job:
The Yieldex client success consultant works with multiple Yieldex clients as their dedicated resource for driving adoption and mastery of our data analytics platform.

They are responsible for providing expertise and driving adoption of the Yieldex product suite, while being expert ad serving industry resources to our client base. Candidates should have deep interest/expertise in the online media ecosystem. Experience working with ad servers, 3rd party data providers, online media order management systems, and yield management tools will be beneficial.

This position requires strong business acumen and the ability to set and exceed client expectations for success. The candidate will understand the client success metrics and apply technical and product expertise to ensure successful client adoption. Success will require strong communication and coordination with the client and internal engineering and product teams.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • 3+ years of technical experience in a financial, ad operations, yield management, client services, or other professional services role at an online publishing or technology company
  • Experience with advanced functions in Excel and working knowledge of relational databases
  • Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical specifications, problems and concepts
  • Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to work well independently
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to explain complex and technical concepts in a simple and straightforward manner
  • Ability to work on multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and high integrity
  • Track record of building constructive working relationships throughout the organization
  • Travel to client sites as needed, less than 10%

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business goals
  • Illustrates the benefits and capabilities of the Yieldex solution via technology demos, presentations and discussions
  • Ability to quickly learn, apply, and position technical knowledge related to company and competitor offerings
  • Interviews prospect stakeholders to understand the problems that the prospect wishes to solve
  • Proposes the elements, configuration and implementation details of the solution
  • Answers technical RFI/RFP questions and solicits help from Engineering and Product as needed
  • Assists in planning and conducting mid/high-level meetings with prospects in tandem with Sales Team members
  • Help with continual knowledge sharing of industry trends across the sales team

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Relevant client service and publisher ad serving experience
  • Understanding of digital media ecosystem, ad operations, yield optimization platforms, 3rd party ad serving tools (e.g.: DFP), and analytics.
  • Experience with the publisher perspective around yield, product strategy, sales strategy, campaign strategy and risk management
  • The ability to adapt in an fast paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to travel 75% of the each month with little lead time
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to quickly apply product solutions based on publisher priorities
  • A passion for selling with an ability to articulate highly complex technical and business issues clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
