As part of the Account Management Team, you will responsible for managing relationships across your assigned client roster, acting as the representative, advisor and advocate on behalf of the client, to the rest of the organization. The Account Manager will be expected to utilize and balance available resources and provide direction for the client, while growing the value of each assigned account. We are looking for a focused, proactive individual, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Director of Account Management.

The Job:

  • Develop and maintain overall Sr. Executive (C-level and VP-level) relationships with premium publishers
  • Align Yieldex solutions with client challenges and goals to maximize client’s success
  • Drive ‘share of wallet’ strategy and identify up-sell / cross-sell opportunities, domestic / global
  • Partner with internal team(s) to help drive adoption of new product features and enhancements
  • Serve as lead in all in-person client meetings, contractual negotiations and annual renewal processes
  • Help to establish and promote best practices and processes to ensure client support and communication is strong and client needs are always met
  • Liaise with internal teams including client services, client success, product management, engineering, sales, marketing and legal to manage all aspects of each publisher’s account

Desired Skill-Set:

  • Have a deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem, ad operations, yield optimization platforms, 3rd party ad serving tools, and analytics
  • At least 4 years hands-on account management experience with a sales component. Demonstrated track record of individual, above-quota enterprise software & services sales performance
  • Demonstrated ability in identifying and problem solving, with the resulting factor yielding a value proposition to the organization
  • Ethical team player motivated not just by landing the sale, but by high customer satisfaction throughout the relationship
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical and business issues clearly

We’re looking for someone to champion innovative, functional UI and Ajax solutions that enable our customers to engage more effectively with complex analytics data. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute within a healthy fast-paced agile environment that empowers individuals to enrich their technical and professional skills and advance our products to convey and visualize complex data elegantly and efficiently. The individual will have tremendous potential to grow in this fast-paced results-oriented environment.

As a UI Engineer you should be comfortable working with both the client and server side code base. We use a variety of frameworks but it is centered around a java web framework. Our day to day tasks range from collaboration with the Product team to design, implement and test new features, enhance or fix existing features, and working with Services or DevOps to advance the product and the processes. The set of products are constantly evolving as our customer base expands and we have to evolve with this. We have a lot of interesting work ahead of us and we are looking for the right people to help us achieve our goals.

Qualifications:

  • A willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong attention for detail.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and javascript.
  • Experience with Java or other “C” related language.
  • Experience building robust web applications that interact with a backend server.
  • Experience with java web frameworks or comparable open-source frameworks.
  • Willingness to collaborate, contribute and share the workload commensurate with your experience in a fast pace agile team.

Nice to Haves:

  • Javascript framework experience e.g jQuery, node.js, Angular.js, express.
  • Experience with charting packages and their integration into the UI e.g High Charts, Fusion Charts.
  • Experience with test frameworks e.g. Webdriver, Phantom.js.
