Yieldex Announces Inventory Pricing Solution for Publishers
NEW YORK, NY - September 14, 2011 - Yieldex, the leading provider of inventory and revenue management solutions for digital publishers, announced today the release of Ad Revenue Manager 3.0 featuring inventory-pricing optimization. The new functionality extends Yieldex's current inventory management capabilities by providing recommended inventory pricing based on supply and demand.
The new Revenue Planner module helps Yield Managers generate seasonal rate cards for their saleable products taking into account the historical sales and forecasted capacity for the inventory. The module allows Yield Managers to apply business constraints, test scenarios and analyze the resulting revenue and sell through at the recommended price points. "Establishing rate cards is a huge challenge for publishers given overlapping inventory and the many ways in which the same inventory can be sold. Revenue Planner helps publishers make sense of their pricing policies" says Anita Khosla, Director of Product Management."
