Data Specialist (New York, NY)

We are looking for a self-described data geek, someone who is passionate about finding useful information in reams of data. Should have strong analytical skills. Expert in Excel, organizing and pivoting data, and in Powerpoint for presenting findings to a general audience. Comfortable with SQL. Understanding of forecasting and time series analysis. Would ideally have some understanding of ad space: CPMs and impressions, etc. Wouldlike someone with ability to approach data from a business perspective, to find views and data points that lead to actions that improve revenue. Good communication skills to help clients see the value in the data. Will work closely with CEO, CSO and COO to help use data to meet firm's business and marketing objectives.
